People who apply to HFT first need to realize that they aren't entering into a slow paced, easy (just standing around) type job.There is hard work to be done and you're not going to skate through the day just running a register.There's some req'd heavy lifting (tarps, winches, generators, etc)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's never the same daily routine that most expect in a retail environment. People and duties change all the time. The best part is knowing doing what you do really makes a difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
When a customer comes in and is having a bad day but leaves giving you a hug and praise for doing whatever you could to make it better for them. Sometimes that is just a smile or a thank you making them feel special.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The door is always open for communication on anything you need to talk about concerning your job duties, customer relations, hours, etc... just come in prepared to work doing anything from POS (register) to Logistics (maintain stock) to janitorial duties. It's as good as YOU make it
