Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well first you guys need a revamp how you rehire your employees, the training videos is a lazy way of training your employees. Sitting in front of a computer for 9 hours watching videos. How are they supposed to remember anything

I think that with the stress of dealing with the people who come in an especially during these times all employees should have some form of coverage even if it's bare bones coverage

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need more full-time employees when it comes to doing replenishment sheets from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the part-timers come in and work real slow for 4 hours then the full-timers get stuck finishing their sheets
