the raises are kind and generous

the people that work here are kind and outgoing. we all work together to smile and keep happy however the manager takes that joy away.
What are some of the best things about your team?
when my manager leaves and the rest of us organize the replen. when the manager gets involved in my store it gets hectic and done backwards
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone but my manager is positive about working here and we all enjoy the job he just makes it hard to want to come in not just for me but others as well
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication and listening. my doctor told me i need to work certain hours due to my current condition. my manager has yet to put them into affect. he passed it off on the regional manager and its been a week. my doctor is getting upset about this situation.
