It has its moments, like any other workplace. I'm a supervisor, however having negative superiors above myself makes the job a huge challenge. There's a way to go about things. Also, they tend to occasionally schedule a closing shift, only to be back at 4/5 am. JUST at the legal 8 hour limit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Possibly a transfer to a more positive environment. It would help me improve my own mental health.
