I wish this company would entertain the idea of task group meeting so that any problem could be resolved.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid 10 hours of work according to our schedule instead of only 8 hrs. This is very unfair to have to use PTO time. Also, they force you to take days off around the only two Holidays without pay. If they are only going to give employees 2 holidays a year then they should pay us.
