That's the first time I don't want to quit my job. The management is great, team lead is available and supporting, we always have some kind of fun such as competitions, interactives by HR. Overall I'm kinda in love with the company and by current position :)

I made some friends in my team, it's more fun to work with them than to work alone. It feels like they're my cousins, not colleagues

We're paid more than average for the same position. the bonuses and benefits are clear, so there's never a question why i got or didn't get the bonus.

If we have any question, they'll always explain it in the way that it's understandable and the answer can be used right now. Also, they're always available and open for any ideas.
Qu’avez-vous le plus aimé du procédé d’entretien?
The recruiter was very kind, he kindly postponed our interview as I was ill and even asked me if I was OK and if I could do it that day (which I haven't been asked before in other companies)
