How friendly people are and how people really seem to care for each other, such as asking if you are ok and how things are going. Something small but helpful.

I enjoy that I get to work from home and that I can share thoughts and ideas with my coworkers or my team leader. Also, payday is a happy day.

I like how they are trying to integrate all of the agents together. For example, our team leader sets a little trivia for all of her agents from different projects so we can meet each other.

I liked that the recruit agent was very clear from the beginning and how he kept me informed about the process. Firstly it was to have the interview and then he let me know after it was done what comes next and what I should expect.

I like that we always try to help each other. If there is an issue we are unsure how to proceed and maybe the client is not available to provide support, we try to take a look and we share ideas on how to fix the issue/attend to the situation.
