It's not that I feel undervalued about my salary it's more like the company could have done more regarding the on the benefits side like a more comprehensive HMO.

By my experience, it's their availability to any situation that might need their immediate assistance. They are always ready to lend a helping hand. Their willingness to really help an employee grow and maximize his growth and potential.

Everyone is welcome here. Either you are a college graduate or a high school graduate as long as you have the necessary skills and having the right attitude then you are most certainly be welcome to work here.
Qu’avez-vous le plus aimé du procédé d’entretien?
Though interview process was done via phone, I can really feel how relax it was talking to the interviewer. So at that moment there was no pressure. It was just like talking casually to a person you have known already.

Despite having a diverse set of personality on my team, one thing that stands out the most is their willingness to let go of any individualistic goals but rather to working together to reach the goal of the team by being a cohesive unit.
