My direct supervisor is AMAZING. He's kind and will do his best to accommodate you. Everyone else is pretty crapy though.
They called me back the same day and offered me the job, so the response time after the interview was awesome.
The managers need to stop looking at us like we're robots and expecting the world from us when we have no control over anything. They also need to stop hiring such lazy, inconsiderate people. We don't need anymore of that.
They make you feel really bad when you miss your goal, even by a small amount, and then never recognize you when you're doing well. They only care about money, and don't consider the amount of stress we go through being in our positions. It's "okay" pay, at best for what we do day to day.
