I love the people that work here and the culture. Leadership needs some fine tuning and we need to treat our shoppers better. At HQ, lots of people are under paid for the work that they do and it's terrible. I have not felt valued/respected by any of my boss' and it's really a shame.

Collaboration. Some of them are good human beings with good intentions. Their sense of humor and intelligence.

Appreciating their employees; saying "thank you" every now and again would be nice. Professionalism is also something that is lacking amongst the leadership team. Lastly, being able to thoughtfully answer questions around diversity and other topics is something that they can improve on.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My boss won't have 1:1s with me to tell me how I am doing, so, no professional growth can happen. I am getting paid the least amount on my team and I do as much work as them, if not more. I was given a raise with no opportunity to negotiate and my boss didn't even tell me about the raise!
