My "team" is the best in the industry. Any major airline would be lucky to have this team.
15+ percent under-compensated compared to average industry market rates in all areas: pay, work rules, time off, and retirement.
Lack of vision. Losing the 'hears and minds' of the line workers who produce the 'product.' Focusing more on Wall Street than Main Street. Losing trust from mid-managers up. Can't seem to bring themselves to pay market rates for labor. To Improve: take care of the people who produce the revenue!
