
Operational control is very lacking. Every irregular operation seems like their first experience with things going off the rails. They also should work at not creating divisions between workgroups and managing in a generally cynical fashion.
Our management is in way over their heads, and they are making profits in spite of themselves. The culture is rotten and they are more concerned with good PR than healthy relations with their employees or providing a good product.
The culture is rotten. Management preaches the five core values, but doesn't live a single one of them. They use "culture" as a selling point, but once you work here you realize the "culture" is one of the most poisonous parts of the experience. Profits above all, not customers or employees.
