
Jetblue continues to make record profits yet balks at paying its employees market rate wages.
Disconnected from employee group and disrespectful in thinking that employees won't see that a "raise" is just a shell game with total compensation moneys.
Corporate greed and an unwillingness to share profits with employees in any meaningful manner has destroyed and will continue to destroy goodwill within the company which in turn will show in declining customer satisfaction.
It all comes down to compensation and benefits. "Culture" does not pay the bills. Show your employees you value them by giving them pay and benefits that are commensurate with that of their peers in the industry.
