Not much for career advancement since the majority of senior roles are occupied by HQ personnels.

pull your own weight. Fulfill the job responsibilities.

Too many incompetent people in higher positions, who refuse to listen.

Autonomy. A fewer number of FSEs. (Way too short term oriented) Competitive wages. and thinking about retention

I get paid less than those I have to mentor. My roles and responsibilities extend far beyond my job description.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

Pay better, reduce pay gaps. Less FSE, who are focused on short-term goals only. Promote within - not FSEs, but locally hired.

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

As a Korean company, everything comes from top-down. How employees are treated, how things are communicated and etc. So, I'd way the executive team and the president.

Culture? Nothing. No one listens to reasons and forgot that they are in the states, not in Korea. Environment: Nonthing. Very hostile and total NIMBY style.

Culture. This is not Korea. I understand it's a Korean company, but they need to understand the local culture. Also, the leadership tends to discriminate against Korean Americans. The pay gap between tenured employees vs newly hired is just ridiculous.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

When I get paid less than the ones I have to indirectly manage, or cover the workload due to one's lack of capabilities. ie. I had to provide advice and step-by-step instruction on how to do someone's job, when that someone was getting paid way more than I did.
