The pay is great, the benefits are some of the best I have ever had, and the support team is there to help you. But its a lot of work with almost no personal life, unless you get an area qhere ypu have other techs to help you out. You pretty much work 6 days week.

I'm unaware of any structural changes in my day to day life that is either helpful or detrimental to my job due to any actions or choices made by a leadership team.

4 day work weeks for techs, Multiple studies have been done that show this makes happier techs, and more productive ones. Even with 2 days off, we are still working becuase we have to prescreen calls that drop over night.

The same pay scale and bonuses for people in Ohio, Arizona, and Kansas are the same for people in California, New York, And Washington. Everything is more expensive in one location vs another. a max productivity bonus ( $3,250) will cover 3 months rent in some states, and less then 1 in others.
