No opportunity for advancement; management changes their mind every 4 months, no clarity, no appreciation, no acknowledgment of effort.

Improve all internal systems. Nothing works right. Takes a while to submit a simple approval request. We current. Be straightforward. Care about people who have been with you for years, compensate them well, give them exciting tasks and projects. Appreciate them. Until then LG will never be #1.
