Accomplishing a meaningful task makes me most happy at work.
Communication / accessibility. Providing a clear, consistent message for a given vision or objective is critical. So far, so good!
Healthcare. Having the company cover premiums encourages employees to actually use their healthcare. For the first time in my professional life, I plan on visiting providers for basic check ups to establish medical baselines and set my own health expectations.
Collaborative, 'get it done' approach to work. Mistakes are expected and accepted as part of the natural course of work; fixing them (even when they aren't 'your' mistakes) is a mark of professionalism, especially when done non-obtrusively (e.g. in a 'classy' way).
Respect for one another. COVID has naturally placed a strain on people everywhere. Allowing for employees to manage their response to COVID in the way that best fits them - not just as managers allowing for remote work or similar but in coworkers adapting to new processes to support remote work.
