Because I am working under CFO operation, regardless of years service and performances, other employees who have similar level as me got paid much higher and promoted much faster.
We've been short by 3 employees (30% of total workforce) since `21 Feb and was not able to hire replacements. Team members don't complain for workload and OT and have been working together to deal with this situation.
Just no motivation and not appreciated. A little bit of verbal appreciation or feedbacks would be great which I have never had for the recent 3 yr except one occasion when I brought up to my boss that I got a job offer 2 yr ago.
Fairness on promotion, compensation and working environment over ALL dept, not favorable to operations over CFO operations. Be flexible and open to changes and work with them instead of be against WFH. We've come to work every day not like other depts since Apr `20 and no option for WFH
