We resist improvement. We are overly focused on retail. The company pays competitive salary and benefits but bonuses fluctuate too drastically. Many KPIs unachievable year over year. The company has unrealistic year over year growth expectations (see 2021 achievement vs 2022 BP).

The salary for my positions for employees hired when I was hired is fair. The new people being hired are being underpaid. 2022 KPIs were set higher than production and logistical capacity. Big fluctuations year to year. the company does not want to bonus out top achievers more than ever other year.
