i have only been with LG for a week so I have very limited experience. But what I do know is that everyone I have interacted with has been extremely pleasant and very open to lend a hand to the new person.

I am new to LG. I am excited for the team that I work with but there is a lack in training. There are so many elements of the company that I still am unclear about and there is no simple way to find out how to reach out to these folks. Systems training is terrible.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I believe the salary is a bit low compared to the marketplace. I also believe that felxible friday's should be offered more than 6 times in a summer. Employees work way above 40 hours per week, flex Fridays (or summer hours) are a good perk to help mitigate burn out.
