Management trained in not caring. Only wants results with no chance of rewarding for meeting goals.

Lowe's as a company stopped caring about their employees. Everyone is replaceable. 5 years ago they wanted the best, now they just want cogs.

Teamwork is a joke. If you do help others, you're blamed for going out of your department and leaving it unmanned. Then they complain that there is no "cross-training"

Stock is a joke at Lowe's. They inflate the price when it's time to buy, then when it's time to cash out, the stock plummets. Hourly wages are a joke. You're paid off the personality test they give you at the interview stage. Doesn't matter if you have 20 years experience.
