Sometimes we get nice or fun customers. And we have some really good fellow employees.
It was a fair interview. It felt honest. But that was some years back. Process has changed. Standards lowered.
We have some great employees that try to support each other when we need to. Employees are willing to help each other if they have time, but we are almost always short staffed.
A better raise would be nice. Mgmt makes everyone feel inadequate. They overwork us & expect us to pick up positions that he won't fill, like janitor. He/company should be more considerate of each employee. It feels like his motive always boils down to his purse
Communication, understanding employee, respect employee, acknowledge work well done, fire lazy employee that do not work. Hire more people, better training & more coverage on floor. They need to learn how to be managers, some of them are lazy & useless. Mgr needs to think of personal not his wallet
The new CEO or or fairly new manager is totally running our store right down the drain - no kidding. It's sad. Mgr won't take any suggestions, he hires people that look sloppy, & uneducated, that makes him feel bigger & more confident. No one seems to care about the amount of complaints we get.
