I've met and worked with some great people. But the poor quality of management has generated an enormous amount of unnecessary stress and hassle.

A subpar management team, a chronic lack of communication, and poor-performing employees being largely overlooked while hard-working associates generally go without reward or acknowledgement.

There are quite a few excellent associates at Lowe's, people who'd be great in any store. But with a few exceptions, the management team is mediocre, communication is poor, bad behavior is overlooked, and good behavior usually goes unacknowledged. I really couldn't recommend Lowe's to anyone.
