I would say I am compensated well in so many ways, but the best part of my compensation is lunches (Bacon wrapped meatloaf today... YUM!)

My job is very fulfilling to me, but my coworkers are what make me most happy at work. I love talking and interacting with them each day.

I love having so many friends in the company and that Malouf encourages those friendships by doing things like serving lunch so I can eat with my coworkers each day. These relationships are what help me to enjoy my job almost every day.
