Malouf pays 100% of our HDHP. We have great insurance with a $3000 max out of pocket for employees and a $6000 max out of pocket for families. Malouf also provides a 5/4 match on our 401k. Malouf also provides us free lunch each day.

The interview process at Malouf was very friendly and I always knew where in the process I was. I was given a tour when I interviewed and was even introduced to the CEO. I felt respected the entire time and was given a complimentary pillow as I left.
