Overall very happy. There are real concerns about culture, pay, and structure. The leadership team has been promising changes and says they are working on it, but it feels like a big secret and for a company that preaches transparency in all actuality there is very little transparency.

Favoritism has becoming the cultural norm of Malouf. The employees that brown nose are given more opportunities. While employees who do amazing things aren't given the same opportunities. To save the culture that brought so many talented people here, the culture among the mangers needs to be fixed.

Very undervalued. There are no clearly defined ways to advance. Everything around pay feels like a secret behind the curtain and the entire company is trying to get a peek just to make plans for the future. Publish pay and don't make people feel blacklisted for being curious about it.

Yes I feel undervalued. I work and work and never get the raise I deserve. There is always a reason as to why I don't, but I think they are bad excuses. I think it's mostly because I'm a women and the VP doesn't think women are as good as men.

There are people here that don't spend their time working, and don't want to be here. Complainers and bullies. I love my job, but I don't think I'm fully getting across how seriously I feel, and how much this drags me down when I'm here. It's a shame, because Malouf itself is amazing.
