I love getting here and accomplishing my goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is in my opinion, the best part about my compensation package. It does so much for my family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am spoiled. Compensation, benefits, the type of work I get to do. I'm very invested here, and that's because of good leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When people are here to work, it's fantastic. I can't say that about everyone, and it really brings it down for the rest of us.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are people here that don't spend their time working, and don't want to be here. Complainers and bullies. I love my job, but I don't think I'm fully getting across how seriously I feel, and how much this drags me down when I'm here. It's a shame, because Malouf itself is amazing.
