What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being open and honest. Getting things finished that have been started rather than dragging it out over years. This put the warehouse employee at a sever disadvantage.

Our benefits are very cheap, and I feel like I'm paid fairly and competitively for my position.

I would love to get a raise like the other leads did because I work just as hard. However, my only forklift accident was held against me getting a raise.

Compensation is not something that is taken seriously here. There is no sense of transparency as far as what you can make in your existing role. Honestly, the pay here is pretty broken compared to other companies. I would rather have less perks and more trued up pay.
