Is when I'm around positive people that has a drive and is willing to work and we push each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best by the leadership team is that they stand by us, value us, and treat us like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to get a raise like the other leads did because I work just as hard. However, my only forklift accident was held against me getting a raise.
