As a woman in the warehouse environment, most times, my word is over looked and not received with consideration. The growth that we have experienced over the past several months is more than we are prepared for and it is causing too much stress on valuable employees.

My work environment and reputation has been controlled by employees that do not come here to work but to create drama. I have not had the support I would like to make any changes in my career. The information I have given has not been taken seriously.
