Feeling that my work makes a big difference makes me quite happy. I only play a small part in the big picture, but I know that my part is valued by many.

Our leadership team keeps the vision of the big picture in front of us so we can continually feel good about working towards the overall goal of the company. I'm grateful for how they work with integrity, make work fun, and keep us inspired in the big picture.

The aspect of care for our health is the most positive aspect about Malouf. Lunch gives us the opportunity to eat healthy meals, as well as keep up a healthy degree of sociality. The gym allows us to be active whenever we need to be. The on-site professionals encourage personal consultation.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel like the pay scale and salary growth plans need to adapt to the times that we're in. Perhaps this is a problem in all companies, but for people with lower salaries, percentage based raises don't pay enough to keep up with the rising costs of housing, transportation, and inflation.

Malouf's paying of all the insurance premiums, as well as the matching of my 401K contributions to a certain extent, really make me feel safe and positive about my future. I'm grateful for the security. I'm also grateful for the healthy lunch every day. I'm grateful that my health is prioritized.

I enjoy the moments I get to laugh every day. Most of that stems from the people I get to associate with and work with. On top of that, I'm happy because beneath all I do I know that there are multiple good causes; benefitting the community and world (B-Corp), and fighting trafficking (foundation).

We all care about each other's lives. It's great to be able to feel like I'm working with friends and mentors. The company as a whole, even as it has grown, has a very positive team atmosphere. I'm able to rely on my team for personal advice as well as work advice and discussions.

I love how we have lunch every day as a company and are given an open opportunity to sit with anyone we want. There aren't stigmas like there were during school lunches in times past. We're encouraged to sit not only with friends and teammates, but also with those who are new or those we don't know.
