Everything is generally great. The fact that we only receive 10 days for sick/vacation days is insane, especially when you have kids in daycare who are sick constantly. But overall Malouf culture is fantastic.

There is clear favoritism between brands at Malouf. We've heard time and time again that they are working to resolve this but don't communicate what they are doing to fix it. Resources are not allocated equally. People and brands are favored more than others.
