I joined 2 years ago as a fresh-out-of-college kid. Since then I've learned and grown a lot with my team and position. It's been great so far, and while some changes being made I'm not in favor of, I hope nCino can go down the right path, and hopefully not lose anymore talented individuals.

PTO and dental/eye benefits are great. Love the flexibility that PTO and other days off allows us as employees.

I'm looking forward to the improved communication that was promised during the company all hands in December. Transparency is great for everyone and allows for more thought out and direct communication and concerns.

Again, how friendly everyone is. Everyone cares and is more than happy to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Plenty of amazing and smart coworkers who go out of there way no matter what.

Friendly. One of the major reasons I want to stay with nCino is just how nice my team is, never dread interactions with my team and know I can ask questions and ask for help whenever and be met with kindness.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
Being able to work from home (which I guess is not a thing after next week). I love the flexibility that working from home provided me for the 2 years I've been here. Not only was it good mentally, but also financially. I hope hybrid becomes an option sooner rather than later.
