My team members are intelligent, thoughtful, kind, motivated, and we are genuinely building and implementing products that help make our industry and company better. My team is phenomenal.

Everyone (outside of some of management and leadership) seem to genuinely care about both the company, its vision, and the people that work so hard to make it all happen. There is a great community feel and people really seem to respect one another.

I make far below market value and have my entire career at nCino. I've been here for over half a decade and havre worked in multiple roles. Money is blown on useless office stuff rather than paying employees market value and giving merit raises that cover inflation (at the very least).
