Everyone is willing to teach and help others learn so that we succeed as a whole. In addition, they do a great job with work life balance and incorporating fun into the workday.

They treat each and every employee with respect and try to maintain transparency as much as possible. They value work life balance and making sure we're present with our families and have been incredibly flexible throughout the covid pandemic.

The people 100%. This is the first company I've ever worked for that I don't wake up dreading to go to work. It's also a challenging, fast paced environment so you never get bored in your day to day.

Everyone is open and honest with their communication. It's definitely not a "you're on your own" work environment. We work together as team and if someone needs help or doesn't understand something, team members stop what they're doing to help out.

Interview processes vary from position to position. But generally it's a relaxed environment with a panel interview or several individual interviews. I didn't feel super nervous because everyone is so genuine. For technical positions, be prepared for some sort of assessment.

The leadership team values not only the work you do but you as a person. They want to make sure that employees have what they need do to their job effectively and they make sure that we're happy while we do it. If there is an issue, it's addressed immediately.

Everyone really enjoys the work environment and as a result, they put in 100% and bring their A-Game every day. With everyone putting in the effort and work, we're successful as a whole. Management has confidence in their employees to do the right thing so you're empowered to make your own decisions
