I like the fact that i am given the guidence and tools to do my job and the oportunity to learn and grow.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My pay does not align with the role and i think there was going to be an assesment but i have not heard anything else on it. My pay is well below what it should be for my position.

The teams that i work with are hard working and alway want to do the best they can. Even when we are short staffed they will go the extra mile to get thing completed. They jump in help each other when needed.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
I think culture has its challenges, due to the fact that we have merged multiple companies. But i think overall leadership is working in the right direction to build that positive environment and culture. They push for inclusion and learning ie Linkedin training for the org and more to come.
