So far so good. But, we need to move fast. Give direction and employees can do wonders. We have not been able to leverage our assets. We need bottoms up innovation.

Its a good company. Leadership should work together to work for the strategy and direction. There are gaps and each leader have different priorities. I hope to that sort out soon..

Team is super energetic and motivated. Team has supported me a lot. Its cross team where there are conflicting priorities and it becomes issue.

i am passionate about the teams i drive and add value to the overall organizational growth .. i am not too worried about the package i am getting right now.

Team is passionate, motivated and can do wonders if path is defined. We have invested in teams for technical excellence and we can see the effect of our efforts. Teams have right skills to deliver on expectations.

Executing on my commitments and ability to visualize the gaps and opportunities. We need to work better as a team for bottom up innovation and I am preparing teams for the same. The company badly requires that zest at the moment.

I feel that I should be part of the bonus plan. Even at level 5- and handling 60 employees and handling critical projects, I had to ask for equity and my request got resolved after a year by Chris (thanks). With bonus and equity I have lost at least 70K USD last year.
