The leadership is very hands on and very diligent towards us. They always meet us for updates and asked if we have concerns regarding with our work.

We've been working here for about 3 years but the increase is not that enough to motivate us to be competitive with our work. There should be a yearly tenureship increase since inflation rate is also skyrocketing.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We feel undervalued in Dreamscape management in Cebu. We are always treated as the least department in terms of seat plan. One thing I can say about compensation is not that competitive compared to the existing offers not online. Other companies offers remote work with very high basic pay.
