The company has been good so far but there are things that I heard that they are not keeping what they are advertising during the Job Orientation. Specifically, pay raise on regularization and every year after that.

I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support but I am being paid the same with people who has far less experience.

The thought of getting a pay raise on my regularization. This is what keeps me engaged and perform tp the best of my abilities to get a better compensation.

For example, there is an issue with calls being routed to the survey which will affect our survey take rate. The total number of calls should matter as it will affect the percentage of the STR when lesser calls are routed to the survey. There are also customers who don't take the survey.
