The company Newfold Digital is relatively very new to my ears as it haven't been long since I've worked here. Still, overall experienced is great and overall ambiance is awesome. Will make sure to take a chance to experience all possibilities as an agent inside company culture.

The communicate actively, keeps us updated in week to score base, shows commitment to heir work and most of all, they have time to spend helping us through our on-going resolutions with customers.

We communicate each concerns relating to concern within customer issues. We had fun regardless how blue our days with, we still have time to have fun in some little things in a day.

I do not feel undervalued at all, however I do feel that our paid compensation needs to be increase. Other than the pay, Bonus Performance should be thought thoroughly as it needs to be increase for a better morale in overall team competition.
