They do not value their employees. The managers only get paid .25 cents to a $1 more than minimum wage. They prioritize their profits over the employees happiness. The benefits are garbage. It seems only the garbage employees are retained and the good ones quit because of how poorly management is.

Co-workers need to improve their attitude and their skills. Co-workers are not trained properly by management and then expect the employee not to mess up, which then they always do because they are not trained.

Management does not give hours to the good employees. They treat the good employees just as poorly as the crappy employees are treated. There is no incentive to work hard. The company does not give out raises, and they are very stingy with their money.

The sales are declining, it feels rapid. Each year we are slower and slower. Each summer gets slower. Winter is supposed to be the busy season, and it is almost just as slow as the summer. Some employees do not value customer service and treat the customers poorly as well.
