Of the companies I've worked for, PlanSource has the most transparent leadership team. I appreciate having a clear vision and understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. You can always reach out to a leader, anywhere up the chain, to get a clear and honest answer.

PlanSource offers unlimited PTO in addition to wellness days and paid volunteer days. I've felt very encouraged to take the time I need to recharge and I've used volunteer days to give back to my local community. PlanSource's core medical, dental, and vision plans are great, too.

I feel that I have a lot of autonomy and creative freedom at PlanSource. My leaders have made it clear that I have a voice and I'm encouraged to problem-solve and pitch fresh ideas and solutions. I've never felt micromanaged, which is crucial to a productive work environment.

The people that work here are some of the most knowledgeable, skilled, and kind professionals I've ever worked with. In my role, I'm responsible for coordinating with experts across all of our teams and I've been treated with respect and support by everyone at every corner of our org.
