The best part about my compensation package is the balance it provides between competitive pay and benefits.

Our salary and benefits align with market and the leadership appears to value it's employees health & wellbeing.

3% 401k match (50% up to 6%) and employer HSA contributions are a nice perk. Unlimited PTO is a negative for people who don't take enough time off already. Now it's tipping the scales further to those who abuse time off, leaving more work for the conscientious employees.

The HR leaders look the other way when we alert them about employees with horrible attitude and regular, recurring disrespectful interactions. I love my job and my team, but one person makes me dread the day. Our HR leaders know about this problem and won't take action.

What makes me happiest at work is doing the job I like most, continuing learning and improving and help the team.

I enjoy solving problems, collaborating with a supportive team, and seeing the impact of our efforts. Having opportunities to grow professionally and being recognized for hard work also adds to my sense of fulfillment. When the environment is positive and people are engaged, it makes my heart smile.
