Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Our HR team has improved immensely over the past few years. My direct manager is kind, caring, and supportive. Benefits are decent. 401k match could be better.

What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers are wonderful, and I'm very good at my job (and my manager/leader recognize my strengths).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some colleagues have bad attitudes, but their leaders won't do anything about it. Disappointing to have a strong, wonderful team tarnished by a couple bad apples!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and current leaders within my department are amazing. The other ELT members have lost touch with the "small company" feeling that led me to PlanSource.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how many employees have been with PlanSource since it was a small company. Sometimes it still feels like a big family. Most employees are happy and helpful and enjoy working for PlanSource.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The HR leaders look the other way when we alert them about employees with horrible attitude and regular, recurring disrespectful interactions. I love my job and my team, but one person makes me dread the day. Our HR leaders know about this problem and won't take action.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
3% 401k match (50% up to 6%) and employer HSA contributions are a nice perk. Unlimited PTO is a negative for people who don't take enough time off already. Now it's tipping the scales further to those who abuse time off, leaving more work for the conscientious employees.
