More responsibilities are constantly added but the pay is not competitive or reflective of the work.

Compensation is sub par compared to other organizations and raises are very low. If the salaries were higher I do not think the lower raises would bother.

Our merit increases and salary bumps from promotion are not desireable. More than likely, the salaries we are offered are closer to the lower percentile. I feel my role involves specific elements thag would other not be done in certain organizations due to us being mid sized.

I would like to be paid competitively for my role. I have looked at other postings for my same title with posted salaries of more than $20k more than what I am making here. Even internally, I know I am paid $9k less than another individual on the team with the same title.
