They are innovative and listen to the team. There is an effort to connect the strategy to the hearts and minds of the team doing the work, so that we all understand where we are going and how we can make a positive difference.

My team really cares about one another. We learn each others roles, so that in case of PTO or busy time, we can jump in and help to move things forward without that person coming back and feeling overwhelmed. We also celebrate goals well!
