The way they're responsive to employee concerns and will pull in resources, as well as themselves, to address any client issues. They work incredibly cohesively with the CS teams

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to have better compensation, when I transitioned from contracted empoyee to regular my salary went dow, now is less with the benefits.

My role has changed so significantly and my rate just hasn't followed. The compensation package and benefit is just a plus because I know my family is taken care of should something happen.
