There is a lot of trust. People support each other and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Leadership and coworkers treat each other as humans that are respected and that have lives outside of work. This allows us to be ourselves while building a community. Leadership also encourages getting things right even if that means working slower which creates more intentional/impactful results.

Even though ben admin doesn't seem like an exciting field, the people in this industry overcompensate for that by being some of the best, most stable, reliable, and joyful types of people.
