It appears that leadership is too invested in profits. They are so invested in the bottom line of making more money of the clients and they are not the ones that have to deal with the backlash.

Cheaper medical insurance. Also to offer a plan for families only. I know it is different but some of us are disabled veterans and only need coverage for dependents. Also better pay, that's always a plus

I was hired on as a remote employee however now have 2 mandatory days in office however there is no one from my team in the office. It makes it lonely to come in and cost me more in gas to come into the office twice a week.
