Co-workers are great and are very supportive. No opinion on executive leadership at this moment as there have been a lot of changes and new people in important roles.
A collaborative team environment with knowledgeable teammates who are will to support each other. There is a strong foundation here of experience and dedication and most employees genuinely care.
Going rate for similar positions with other companies pay more and offer full-remote. Several people have left PlanSource to new companies doing similar roles for higher pay and/or full remote.
I would appreciate if PlanSource offered more competitive compensation. I have seen several former colleagues leave to similar roles at other companies that provide higher pay and fully remote opportunities.
Improve client service by fostering a more customer-focused mindset. Teams should prioritize responsiveness and collaboration rather than resisting client requests. Timely execution and accountability would also enhance our efficiency and help strengthen our reputation.
Successfully solving problems for and with clients is where I find the most satisfaction. Delivering efficient solutions, meeting both client and my goals and know that my work contributes to a positive client experience makes me happy.
